Notice to all who use golf carts, ATV's or Utility vehicles in the community. The Board has been made aware that the Louisa County police officers have been instructed to impound these vehicles that are being operated in violation of the county law. The Board is also researching how this issue may be resolved to allow vehicles with maximum speed capabiltiy of 15 MPH or less. If you have an interest in this issue, please bring your concerns to the annual meeting on June 2. More to come...4/30/2012
Notice to residents who are building boat houses or installing boat lifts: These must be approved by Dominion Power before installing. Contact Perry Agee, Dominion Reservoir Coordinator (540-894-2307) to do so. Also, floating docks require Dominion & Louisa County approval. 4/23/2012
